I was in charge of the injection molding department from Hager in Bischwiller.I had to manage the plastic manufacturing department. Production, maintenance, logistic and quality were directly connected to me. I had to bring a technical support and an expertise in injection molding. I was member of the Executive Committee from the plant in Bischwiller.I had to support the implementation of the injection department in our factory in Poland.

I had to define the sale strategy to achieve the financial targets of the company. I had to manage a team from 15 peoples. Exhibitions organization were also in my tasks. Technical training from the members of the team was part of my job.

Villé, France

I had to manage the operations in an injection molding company. I was member of the board. The manufacturing department was constitute of 22 injection molding machines. We produced plastic parts for the automotive industry (60%), the electrical and the packaging sector.I implemented methods such as the lean management, kaizen, 5S, SPC,...I was in charge of the training program for the company. I piloted a investment plan for increasing of the skills of the manufacturing team through a FSE (Fond Social Européen).At the beginning, during 4 years I was also Quality Manager. I piloted the certification ISO 9001.
