- onboarding clients- review and analyse implementation docs- set up the system on line with the docs and account- execute test scenarios to check if the system is configured in line with the documentation- exchange routine information with members of the project team

- responsible and fully accountable for the payroll and audit function of multiple clients / responsable for scheduling and running the assigned client payrolls by following standard operating procedures- maintains complete, accurate and timely client and employee records based on reap time requests / maintains complete and accurate client profile notes as well as processing instructions for each client- balance respective payrolls based on year end calendar and remit all third party remittances bu defined due dates , complete all ueah end balancing, filling and respective reporting-utilize all internal tools & defined processes to ensure optimal productivity, service excellence and make recommandations for best practices to customers- initiate pre and postproduction calls with clients
