Within department of Structured Finance & Syndications I was mainly responsible for providing financing to RE clients (transactions above EUR 2m comprehending development and/or acquisition of warehouses, residential RE, office buildings, hotels,…). Apart from that from the product side I supported Large Corporate Department in case of structured finance – M&A on bilateral basis or as a syndicated loan.My daily business was: dealings with the clients, preparation of LOIs, preparation of financial analysis and CF projection, negotiation of loan documentation, etc.
