As the COO of a RV rental company, I support the company's mission to provide exceptional RV travel experiences while achieving sustainable growth and profitability.I am responsible for the complete operation of the company, including strategic planning in the area of ​​business and marketing activities.I am the main person who handles reservations with customers. I take care of the company's CRM and emphasize maintaining long-term relationships with clients, suppliers and partners.I provide direct supervision of all operational activities, including fleet management, reservations, maintenance and customer service, to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business.I create initiatives aimed at improving the overall customer experience, speeding up processes and improving the forms of obtaining feedback from customers.I also participate in the company's strategic marketing activities. I create, for example, marketing content, manage social networks, cover community management and, last but not least, I also do copywriting and many other things related to marketing.

As an Business Development Strategist I focused on business strategies, marketing strategies, problem solving and developing of the new product and services. I was in charge of project management, e.g. from "kicking off" the business opportunity and obtaining the project, through the actual execution of the project to the final output. As part of this, I also gained leadership skills as I led, coached and supervised junior advisors.I also took care of the business potential of the team, e.g. found new clients, did sales, uncovering business opportunities, connect people and doing other BD principles.In a narrower sense, I specialized mainly on improving the efficiency and impact of innovations in the business environment, mainly thanks to the discovery of real human needs.I have extensive experience in uncovering customer needs and insights. Related to this I have also experience with the definition of the target group for the research, the determination of the main ambition of the findings and setting the right questions, the execution of the research itself - quantitative and qualitative research, including testing.I am also a skilled strategic advisor and facilitator. I have successfully set up and facilitated dozens of strategic workshops and design sprints, not only with individual teams or SMEs, but also setting strategies with Partners and C-level leaders cross CE.Some of our clients were e.g. Panasonic, PROMED, Jablotron, ComAp, VISA, Česká spořitelna, Kooperativa, DELL, KKCG, many of Deloitte teams itself and others.

We worked with the Deloitte NEXT team for example with clients like ComAp, VISA, Česká spořitelna, Kooperativa, DELL, KKCG, Deloitte itself and many others.As an Innovation & Strategy Designer I specialized on the development and improvement of customer experience for Deloitte’s clients. I have experiences with designing new products and services based on real customer needs, new technologies and with an emphasis on applicability and feasibility.As part of the projects, I gained a lot of experience with project management, service design, qualitative and quantitative research, including testing. I also helped to set up and facilitate many strategy workshops and design sprints.

Processing of economic reports and analyses; cooperation with the main researchers of the Faculty of Economics on the development and implementation of economic research projects; presentation and communication of economic trends, analyzes and impacts.

As a main conference coordinator, I successfully planned and managed academic conferences, ensuring a smooth process from choosing a place to communicating with participants to the actual execution of conferences around the world, especially in EMEA countries. I specialized in the strategic selection of partner institutions around the world and building a long-term relationship with them, e.g. University of Wollongong in Dubai; University of Amsterdam; University of Dubrovnik; La Sapienza University and others. My position required excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, copywriting, excellent written and spoken communication and much more. Thanks to the very execution and management of conferences at the venue (worldwide), I strengthened the partnership relationship of academic institutions and thus secured many strong sponsorship connections for our institution.

As a specialist in business valuations, I processed expert appraisals mainly for clients from the private sector - most often start-ups and SME companies. I was mainly responsible for the processing of strategic analyzes of valuated companies, i.e. in particular, the processing of analyzes of the competitive environment, the company's strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, the company's potential, and finding other strategic factors key to optimizing the value of the valued company. I then had to process this data into a complex analysis, which was supposed to highlight the key strategic elements that "helped" the valuated company to the set the "best" value.

As a business valuation assistant I processed expert appraisals and valuations for public sectors clients in the field of business valuations. I ensured the preparation, incorporation of materials and support during court proceedings and arbitrations. I actively processed complete revision expert opinions intended for judicial review, i.e. processing a complete strategic analysis incl. market research, processing of macroeconomic analysis and financial analysis leading to the determination of the company's value. My position required excellent orientation in MS Excel and MS Word. I also had to excel in written Czech language, professional word order and creativity.
