This passion led me to establish AdviseMe, driven by a commitment to assisting small to mid-sized innovative enterprises in accessing critical funding. In the last three years alone, AdviseMe has facilitated over EUR 30 million in funding for groundbreaking projects spanning AI, microprocessor design, biotech, smart reusable packaging, battery systems and more.Our approach at AdviseMe extends far beyond mere placement memos. We collaborate closely with founders and executives, guiding them in formulating robust business plans, shaping corporate strategy, establishing effective governance frameworks with diverse and balanced boards, and fostering ambitions for broader societal impact. Moreover, we actively engage in executing funded projects, overseeing implementation to ensure alignment with stipulated criteria and objectives.

Selected expert to contribute my expertise to the European Commission's evaluation process for funding proposals within the Women In Tech program. Serving in this capacity has not only allowed me to actively support initiatives aimed at fostering gender diversity in the tech industry but has also deepened my understanding of the critical role that women play in shaping the future of technology.

Treasurer of EWOB, the European umbrella association for gender equality in decision-making. EWOB is a non-profit organization that aims to increase gender diversity in the C-Suite and on Boards across Europe.

As a selected expert for the European Commission, I actively contributed to the evaluation of around 400 funding proposals in the deep tech, biotech, manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors under the Horizon 2020 programme. This experience has not only deepened my insights into cutting-edge developments, but also strengthened my commitment to fostering innovation and excellence in these key industries.

Led transformation of Treasury, Finance operations, Billing and Revenue assurance departments in the company established forty-five years ago, post acquisition by a Private Equity group. Key Achievements:- Introduced and Established new organization of Treasury, Billing, Collection, Revenue Assurance and Tax functions- Created Cash & Risk management strategy, secured effective protection via hedging and asset insurance policies- Redesigned major Order To Cash processes that drove significant productivity, customer experience improvements- Aligned goals and performance via Commissions restructuring and process redesign- Established Revenue Assurance function

Main assignments: - M&A: Supported Tesco's acquisition and integration of Carrefour stores in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.- Provided process evaluation and redesign for trade planning, incl. controls overlay and reporting & evaluation mechanism

In a start-up mobile telecommunications company, established Treasury department responsible for Cash & Risk Management, Long Range Financial Planning and Costing. Key achievements:- Supported initial fund raising with the Syndicate of banks raising Euro 450 million- Developed forecasting & planning models to help predict and model the future- Established banking relationships and cash related automated processes- Established and managed Senior Debt Administration function- Effectively managed FX and interest risks on long term exposure- Designed costing models to measure & drive profitability

Managed Shared Service Controlling function for three business segments in two countries, including Consolidation, Tax and Cash & Risk Management functions. Have been instrumental in change projects, building and evaluating the business cases.
