Denis has dual nationality as a Beninese and Swiss citizen who has lived in Switzerland since 1987.He graduated from the University of Geneva (Law school). A legal and financial advisor for more than 20 years, Denis has extensive experience in international legal and financial fields (banking law, commercial law, OHADA regulations, inter-company conflict mediation). Denis is also a Director and member of the Board of Directors of Swiss companies investing in Africa. He actively participates in the implementation of cross-border business development strategies.
