• Recruitment and selection process from middle up to executive level roles, Romania and Moldova;• Talent Sourcing - Researching talent markets to identify, secure and develop talent pools to address immediate and long term business needs;• Candidate Experience - Ensuring candidates are engaged in and satisfied throughout the recruitment process, helping them prepare for the selection stages;• Coordinating Onboarding activities: Induction event and the Buddy Academy program; • Supporting Workday implementation- Talent module;• International mobility point of contact;• Employer Branding activities such as career and job fairs, workshops, university events and partnerships.

• Build strong relationships with Operations managers; maintain good communication with them in order to understand the recruitment requirement and identify the best fit for their role;• Recruitment and selection from entry up to executive level roles: CV screening, drafting job descriptions/specifications, job postings (internal and external), scheduling interviews;– phone interviews, conducting face-to-face interviews/ group interviews/ assessment centers; developing interview guides;• In charge of making and sending employment offers; • Maintaining a pipeline of candidates ready to be hired;• Playing an active role in organizing events (job fairs, conferences, open days); single point of contact for Partners (Universities, suppliers, recruitment agencies)- give them regular update;• Participate in Due Diligence project;• Identifying new sources for branding & recruitment;• Analyzing the recruitment market: reports on recruitment activities in order to understand the market and the effort;• Updating the database using the company tools;• Ownership for Admin activities: raising purchase orders, tracking invoices, updating contracts with suppliers;• Body for new colleagues in HR department.

• Sourcing and interviewing for entry and middle roles in IT (PHP Developer, .NET Developer, Java Developer, C++/Windows/Linux Developer, QA Engineer).

• Sourcing for BPO companies, covering roles such as Accounts Payable / Receivable, IT helpdesk, Procurement, General Ledger.
