Ik Ben Drents Ondernemer (IBDO) ondersteunt Drentse ondernemers bij groei en innovatie. IBDO transformeert van een programma naar een zelfstandige organisatie binnen de Drentse Holding, ook bekend als het MKB Fonds Drenthe, en is in 2025 operationeel. Deze overgang biedt continuïteit, meer flexibiliteit en vernieuwde dienstverlening gericht op innovatie, vergroening en digitalisering.Als kwartiermaker leid ik deze transitie: het opzetten van een nieuw team, het vormgeven van een strategisch jaarplan, het zorgdragen voor de soepele overgang en het waarborgen van samenwerking met alle stakeholders. Dit doe ik in opdracht van NVNOM en in nauwe samenwerking met de Drentse Holding, de provincie Drenthe en het huidige programmateam IBDO.

De Stadsontwikkeling binnen de gemeente Groningen zet zich met alle collega's elke dag in om samen met stakeholders en inwoners de hele gemeente elke dag een beetje mooier en aantrekkelijker te maken.Mijn opdracht is de eerste fase van de verkenning naar behoefte aan gebiedssamenwerking op Corpus den Hoorn-Zuid in te richten en te regisseren. Dit naar aanleiding van de vastgestelde Gebiedsvisie Corpus den Hoorn-Zuid in oktober 2023 en haar uitvoeringsprogramma.
