This position involves developing and managing Software Testing Automation resources (applications, 15 internal employees and operational budget) for supporting Global Management System (GMS) and Online Systems Application Development in Ingolstadt. The focus stays on End2End Testing inclusive the move from manual testing to automated testing integrated in CI/CD. Focus has been on customizing the ERP system (ABAS) and its associated interfaces and the Product Configurator system (CAMOS) in order to ensure Ingolstadt plant´s business processes optimization, automation and aligned to the Cummins global standards. It also involved outsourcing and managing vendors, service support and project (multifunctional and interdisciplinary) teams.Achievements and Contributions:▪ Processes optimization and automation: Facilitated processes optimization and automation throughout Ingolstadt plant which has conducted to more than 1 mil. Euro costs reduction ▪ Global Project Management: Managed and implemented the global CSP (Consolidated Serial Product Database) project which offered one global access point for all product related data for the Cummins Power Generation business area (3,4 billion USD sales in 2013)▪ 6sigma – managed and completed 6Sigma projects which have conducted to process improvements and yearly costs reductions of 0.25 mil EUR ▪ ITIL and Outsourcing (vendor management): Defined and implemented a 24/7 1st and 2nd level support for Product Configurator System used by Engineering and Sales by using ITIL framework and tool (BMC Remedy) ▪ ERP Customization: Defined and managed the implementation of customizations in the ERP system (inclusive interface to Global Warranty System) and also upgraded it to latest version.

This position was focused on gathering business requirements for supporting ERP better usage and business processes improvement and their implementation by managing the vendor consulting team.
