Factors such as stage areas, industries and capacity were all taken into account when I developed the plan.99% success rate from 2,082 startups.I worked with 6 different teams within Web Summit and an external 3rd party in Lisbon to execute the end to end process. During the three day event, I was given charge of 50% of the exhibiting floor space. It was my duty to solve issues that arose, escalate where necessary and ensure the smooth running of the event for all startups attending. This was excellent hands-on experience at an event with 70,000 attendees.
