The plant represent the core activity of the division (1/3 of the TO). Headcount of 150 employees and technicians. 2 activites, plastic injection and automated assembly lines.For the Fiscal Year 2017, the activity increased by 7%, while the expenses reduced by 3%.The absorption of the activity has been made possible by increasing the equipment running time (week end shift, as well as working hours flexibility)We achieved 1 year without any recordable accident

The plant was having an headcount of 160 employees and technicians. 2 activities, CNC lathes machining and metal stamping, as well as finish products assembly cells.The plant has been extended, internal layout has been redone to improve raw material flow and reduce product leadtime. The assembly of finished products has been tranferred from another plant, to reduce WIP, transportation cost, and enabling the implementation of Pull system production, (through Kanban, EPEI, 5S, ...)During these 18 months of intensive transformation, the customer service rate continue to improve, and no accident were recorded.

I transferred 100% of our activity in our China plant, from our Singapore location. The plant headcount was composed of 60 employees and technicians. I initiated the outsourcing of plastic parts and brass components, in 2006, and developed the sourcing for plastic injection mold in relation with the central R&D dpt based in France.

Assembly of function fittings (pneumatic flow regulators) for the division. I initiated the sourcing for plastic injection mold, first in Singapore than in China.I was in charge on the Singapore plant and the China plant which was slowly gaining in activity and production volume until we transferred 100% of our assembly activity in China, in 2005.

As Technical Director i was in charge of sourcing products to complement our internal range of products. I also implemented the new packing for technical tubing, from carton boxes onto turrets. This new design contributed to the development of our sales in South East Asia, as it was more compact, hence reducing transport cost for our customers. This improvement is still active today in our chinese plant.

In charge of the internal sales team for the French Sales Office. (quotation, order entry, customer request analysis).
