As an expert in the financial area, provided evidence for the legal proceedings initiated by the National Taxpayers Association (ANUPAC) against several banks, due to the collapse of the real estate market at the end of the '90s. For this purpose, carried out the reassessments corresponding to long-term housing loans, granted between 1993 and 1999, in order to determine excessive charges and defaults by financial entities, with respect to the adjustments required by law.

Multi-product and multi-channel e-commerce project

- Management Control: Daily control of sales and operational management to measure their impact on the financial situation. Generation of alerts and ideas for management optimization.- Strategic Planning: Elaboration of possible scenarios to increase the efficiency and productivity of the organization, to reach the profitability levels desired by the Board of Directors in the short term. Establishment of Goals, Budgets and Balanced ScoreCard (BSC) in the organization.- Implementation of an Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) & Business Intelligence (BI) system: Use of tools that help to be more efficient, both in commercial and operational management and in data analysis for decision making.

- I coordinated the implementation of the administrative system "ACCPAC" in the national offices of the following countries: Colombia, Ecuador, Haiti, Panama and Venezuela; and at the regional office.- I participated in the administrative restructuring of the national office of Haiti in Port-au-Prince, advising on the development of standards and procedures manuals, accountability reports, management of accounting processes and financial training.

- Successfully led the processes of financial planning, management control, accountability to external entities, treasury, payroll and accounting.- Managed a budget of approximately USD 500,000.00 per year, helping the organization to benefit more than 2,000 people in need of international protection on the Colombian-Venezuelan border. To achieve this, I had the support of a team made up of 2 field office administrators, 1 administrative assistant and 1 accountant.

Led a team composed of 2 Specialists, to design and implement the system based on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies and Customer Segmentation, thus transforming the Bank's business management.

Together with the staff under my charge (1 Analyst and 1 Intern), managed to design and implement the Bank's customer segmentation, through the information obtained from the Analytical CRM module of the Comprehensive Central Information System. This segmentation became the basis for the preparation of campaigns, promotions, new products/services and other marketing initiatives. Our contribution to this new way of doing business was evidenced in the analysis of the potentiality of said initiatives according to the segment or target of chosen clients.

- Performed multiple feasibility studies for the financial evaluation of new products/services and new banking agencies.- I participated in the determination and negotiation with the respective managers of the goals by agency and geographical area for the loan portfolio and the public's deposits.- I elaborated the definition of the Profitability, Market Risk and Liquidity modules; and Analytical CRM of the Integral Central Information System based on DataWarehouse during its implementation.- As functional leader of the Comprehensive Central Information System, I coordinated a multidisciplinary team of professionals from different departments (mainly technology, strategic planning, commercial and operations) to achieve a common goal: Provide clear, accurate and timely information for decision making middle and senior management of the Bank.

- I monitored the Bank's operating expenses budget, alerting about important deviations, proposing corrective measures and auditing the debits made to said budget accounts.- I participated in the monthly update of the Balanced Scorecard results and in the calculation of financial indicators such as: market share, return on equity and return on assets.
