While working as a Tour Guide, I led our guests around the city of Paris, on bikes, Segways, and on foot.Responsibilities included:- The safety of groups of 20 guests while cycling through the city of Paris.- Training of our guests on Segways, and safely escorting them around the city on their Segways.- To build a good relationship with clients, and answer any of their questions related to history, or simply Paris itself.- Ensuring our guests made the most of their trip to Paris by providing an entertaining tour, tips for getting around Paris, and of course taking photographs of their memorable moments.- Bike maintenance was essential part of my role, both for being able to handle a situation on tour and also for the upkeep of our fleet of bikes while not on tour.- Coordination of tours with various travel itineraries, while all the while being flexible and having the ability to adapt to many challenges and changes to the plan on the fly.- Purchasing of tickets for the various museums, monuments, and attractions as required.- Operation of the POS prior to departing with a tour group.- Greeting customers, managed their bookings in-person and over the phone, and answered and queries they may have.- I also held some office responsibilities, notably the overhaul of the supplier databases for multiple markets.

While working with the EDI Unit in UCC on a short term consulting project I was responsible for the analysis of two university wide surveys that were carried out earlier in 2018. The data was received in Excel file format, and analysis was conducted using the SPSS software package. Tasks included data cleaning, analysis, and presentation of the findings.
