Hire, train and supervise incoming Treatment Assistant, (TA). Accurately document TA competencies reviews. Provide incoming TA with training and supervise or facilitate any new training/ CEU's under Clinical supervision. Review and submit employee time cards and approve PTO and sick time request. Attend departmental meetings and convey any necessary information to TA's. Provide support for call offs and open positions in schedule.
