Through the process of energy awareness, healing and coaching, I empower people to understand the nature of their own energy as well as how to direct and re-source it for optimal health for the mind, body, emotions and spirit. I facilitate a healing experience that supports one's energy system to flow and move as it should, in a balanced, harmonious way. I employ energy therapies such as such as reiki, guided imagery, creative healing and other techniques that deepen one's own self-awareness.The goal is for a person to gain new insight and access their path of inner growth, spiritual development and creative empowerment for healthy living.
