Reporting to the Foundation President, I train, mentor and lead a team of 3 Directors, 7 Managers, 8 Coordinators, 2 Senior Coordinators and an Executive Assistant to engage the community and raise funds for Children's operational needs. I develop the strategy, manage facility and stewardship programs and secure lead corporate campaign gifts to execute the $1B Capital Campaign.Major accomplishments:*Secure $16.5M in campaign gifts in the first 8 months of 2021.*Executed successful CEO fundraising dinner hosted by Arthur M. Blank, including 30 CEO and community leaders.*Created target marketing materials for corporate campaign fundraising efforts.*Manage and oversaw the Care-s-Thon, featuring stories of hope and inspiration from the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center, raising over $1.7M, increasing YOY gifts by $300k+.

In this role, I advanced cultivation of major gifts to support the development of a new, state-of the art, 19-story hospital and campus. I also created stewardship guidelines and donor recognition for the new enterprise. The strategy I devised ultimately produced $38+ in corporate campaign gifts, securing the lead in corporate campaign gifts. As Managed Care Marketing Manager, I strategically promoted health plans to corporations, targeting benefits to influence managed care providers to join the Egleston network. In this capacity, I co-conducted 94+ sales presentations to major corporations.

Prior to 1998, Egleston Children's Hospital and Scottish Rite Hospital were operated separately. These two hospitals merged to form Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, becoming one of the largest pediatric hospital systems in the United States. As pediatric Product Manager, I successfully developed business plans and marketing strategies to target the pediatric market for the HMO.

I sold corporate sponsorship programs for major events, including Baby & Kid Expo, Made in America and For Sisters Only for this leading conference organizer in the Southeast.
