Career Highlights: - Taught Virginia DOE Culinary Arts I (8275), Culinary Arts II (8276) and Culinary Specialization (8279)- Successfully completed both the initial certification and re-certification for Mountain View to become an American Culinary Federation (ACF) Certified Secondary Culinary Arts program - one of only three certified programs in the state of Virginia. - Certified 116 students as National Restaurant Association ServSafe Food Safety Managers; - Certified fifty (50) second year students as ACF Certified Junior Culinarians; - Mentored District, State and National SkillsUSA competitors in both Culinary Arts and Commercial Baking.
