Develop innovative digital transformation concepts and support the implementation of software business Kinaxis RapidResponse®, the cloud-based end-to-end SCM planning platform, in international customers (e.g., in the automotive, consumer goods, industrial manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical and retail industries). Chief tasks encompass: • Designing and defining end-to-end supply chain planning processes• Configuring the Kinaxis software platform RapidResponse®• Integrating RapidResponse® in IT landscapes• Developing test concepts and executing user acceptance tests together with customers, and• Training and change management for the customers.

• Course destinated for logistics’ leaders and professionals implement a sustainable reverse logistics operation in compliance with the PNRS (the Brazilian solid waste policy).• Design and delivery of a curriculum covering the key concepts and practices related to sustainability and reverse logistics, including sustainable development, triple bottom line, circular economy, solid waste generation, product life cycle, Brazilian solid waste policy (PNRS), agents of change, ESG and circular business models.

• Development of cross-business onboarding program for E2E roles (customer service, planning and logistics), improving employee experience and accelerating learning curve. • Technical trainings and first level support for SAP ECC MM, CRM and new customer service tools.• Support the search for new technologies (i.e. chat bot, machine learning) to improve internal processes.

• Responsible for new business services prospection, and processes improvement of the supply chain tower. • Implementation of process´ automation, flow and value chain mapping, work processes, KPIs implementation, team sizing and leadership of working groups.• Internalization of the after-hours customer support, developed in partnership with finance and IT that brough a cost reduction of US $ 300k per year.

• Responsible for demand forecasting and logistics operational capability of LATAM chemical division for 2-36 months horizon.• Lead meetings with multifunctional teams with business planners, modal leaders and purchasing in order to evaluate demand drivers, operational constraints and resolve imbalances.• Data analysis, scenario building and KPI management (forecast, RO, OTD, R$ / freight).• Led the implementation of the S&OP process in LATAM.

• Development of supply chain projects applying DMIC methodology (6 sigma) to optimize infrastructure, material flows, logistics cost reduction and improve operation.• Data analysis and modeling, value chain mapping, development of the request for proposal (RFP), 3PL selection support and internal sale of the project.• Lead the redesign of inbound chain of packaged chemicals imported derived from a railway pilot, bringing US$ 1.3 MM/ year of cost saving (15.2% of total), shorter cycle time and reduction of product loss.
