Selected for the firm’s team dedicated to the development and roll out of the proprietary immigration system, Migrate. Responsible for reviewing and updating all of the firm’s templates materials, creating new workflows within the system to be utilized by the staff and develop training plans and materials for staff.

Responsible for training and reviewing work for junior legal assistants, lead Corporate accounts, manage team legal assistant’s case loads, provide case processing updates to the team, and draft complex NIV and IV matters. Focus is on US immigration, with extensive experience reviewing, analyzing and preparing a significant array of non-immigrant cases including H-1B, E-3 & H-1B1, E-1 & E-2 Visa Applications, O/P Petitions for individuals of extraordinary ability, PERMs, New Office/Initial/Company Blanket L Petitions, and Employment-based Immigrant Petitions. Member of the Firm's Best Practices Committee. Participant in many of the firm's technology testing and activities committees.

Main focus on nonimmigrant investor and trader visas, as well as, family based immigrant petitions. I prepare cases for the attorney's review prior to filing through USCIS or Consular Processing.

Provide legal presentations known as Know Your Rights Presentations and conduct legal screenings to unaccompanied minors in ORR shelter. Thus far I have created a standardized script for the Know Your Rights presentation that has become a part of my program's training. Currently I assist with both detained and released minors. As the only released caseworker for my program I keep our databases up-to-date and develop new ways to make our day-to-day processes as efficient as possible. For instance, I created a handbook for the release program. This handbook is a resource manual that can guide any person on my team if I am ever absent. My goal at work is to be as innovative as possible. I have presented numerous ideas to the supervising attorney of my program to strengthen our team.

To 3 years develop fine motor skills, language, development and practical life skills by guiding them in how to perform different tasks at hand• Research and design Montessori-based classroom activities and exercises which resulted in higher student classroom participation, such as, doing age appropriate yoga with children to calm them down during transitions, do breathing exercises with children to prepare them for the next activity • Communicate in Spanish with students and parents whose primary language was Spanish this enabled easier transitions for children and a better fountain of communication between the parents and teachers• Encourage students to experience activities they are unfamiliar with to develop practice life skills- such as peeling a carrot, washing dishes, making orange juice• Serve as a substitute in other toddler and primary classrooms when needed
