I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Innovation with a background in Arts Management and a decade of professional experience primarily within the creative sector. Through my academic and career pursuits, I have cultivated a diverse skill set that includes project management, strategic planning, research methodologies, and academic writing. My research focuses primarily on transdisciplinary innovation, particularly exploring the collaboration between Art and Science to address Grand Challenges, examining the processes of skills transfer and knowledge integration.Currently, I work as a Skills Officer at the Alan Turing Institute, the UK’s National Institute for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. In this role, I am actively involved in developing nationwide learning activities and building strong connections with early career researchers across the UK.In addition to my position at the Institute, I hold the role of Associate Lecturer for the MA Innovation Management at UAL, Central Saint Martins - one of the world's top Art and Design Universities.In my free time, I love visiting museums and gallery exhibitions and I am also very passionate about music - a good gig is my go-to for battery recharging. I maintain an active lifestyle and have dedicated close to two decades to competitive judo practice. This has shaped my behaviour, teaching me the art of concentration so as to achieve predetermined goals.
