With over eight years of experience as an Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff at Vineyard Columbus, I am passionate about building connections and systems that support the mission and vision of the organization. I have a B.A. in Religious Studies from Indiana University Bloomington, and I enjoy learning and exploring different faith traditions and perspectives to help me better understand cultures and experiences different from my own.As the Chief of Staff, I managed the centralized serving and volunteer opportunities, as well as the new member assimilation process. I worked with various teams to coordinate and streamline the logistics, communications, and resources for these programs. I also leveraged my skills in event management, editing, and public speaking to create engaging and impactful experiences for my community. My goal is to help people find their purpose and place within the organization that I work for. Connecting people to meaningful volunteer experiences is a satisfying part of my job.
