• Work directly with user team to ensure systems deliverables meet work process requirements• Analyze and diagnose applications problems, gather requirements, recommend system solutions and enhancements to improve processes and systems and implement solution• Develop eCATT scripts to assist in data conversions and mass data loads for users• Develop functional and technical specifications in accordance with IS&T standards and procedures• Provide second level operation end user support• Work with training manager to ensure training materials and all documentation are updated with enhancements/changes to the SAP system• Assist in development of test cases and coordinate enhancements/changes through testing. Actively solicits subject matter expert involvement and participation in testing• Configuration in Human Resources and Organization Management• Create OSS messages and liaison with SAP in resolving issues• Develop reports using SAP Business Objects• Develop queries using Adhoc query tool set in SAP• Execute baseline testing for core HR, Employee Self Service & Benefits• Integration and Unit Testing for HR & Benefits• Testing of Reports and Interfaces
