Denise is a Board Certified Physician Assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is trained in diagnosing and managing all skin, hair, and nail conditions and skin cancer.Denise received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Medical College of Virgina in 2001, Magna Cum Laude in 2001. For the next six years she worked in the hospital clinical laboratory setting until 2007. In 2007 she began her studies at Eastern Virginia Medical School where she obtained her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2009.From May 2009 to March 2014 Denise trained and exclusively worked with Dr. Ronald Buckley in the Dermatology Clinic at Lakeview Medical Center in Suffolk, VA. Denise has a special interest in Medical Dermatology and stays active in many community and national societies. Denise is an active participant in Tidewater Dermatology and the Tidewater Mid-level Dermatology meetings. Denise belongs to the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.Denise resides in Williamsburg and is excited to be practicing at the Dermatology Center of Williamsburg.
