• Was the recruiting technical manager of the HR systems workday and Oracle Taleo applicant tracking systems globally.• Lead the technical projects through improved automation and system process efficiency. • I was the project lead for the Oracle Taleo applicant tracking system (ATS) and onboarding systems, version 7.5 sp12, which I implemented, and was the system administrator for both modules. Also work with the Oracle Taleo Performance module.• Responsible for troubleshooting, security, and apply new service packs and upgrades as well as all technical requirements on the system.• Was part of the process where North Shore-LIJ reviewed and evaluated the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring and career development to succession planning. Because of this, North Shore-LIJ was able to systematically and rapidly make overall improvements in talent management, company culture and business results, including an increase in employee engagement -- as high as 85% in some facilities. This also included centralizing talent acquisition and performance management processes that has saved the company about $7.7 million. • Created Oracle Taleo correspondence, implement workflow steps and statuses, agency set up, sources, forms, and change and implement new onboarding processes, forms and fields, and other global setup.• Written over 50 Oracle Taleo XIR2, Webi reports, using the Oracle Taleo internal tables, prompts for user input, as well as using the report scheduler. • Wrote Oracle Taleo Client Connect (TCC) imports and exports for integration to and from our HRIS system including interfaces for positions, departments, candidates, requisitions, job codes, users, security setup, roles, emails, and terminations.• Supported the Oracle Taleo new hire interfaces to our HRIS system which includes reviewing error reports, troubleshooting issues, writing specifications for changes in the system, and testing this interface.
