Manage a staff of 12 employees ( Sales Associates - Designers - Design Assistants) in the highest volume store in California.Top priority in my position is Increasing sales, Organizing, Managing - Training the sales staff and Exceptional Customer Service.Training the sales team in all aspects of Sales Techniques, Product knowledge, making the best of every opportunity, Making the customers shopping experience the best it could possibly be (making them a customer for life).I am a hands on manager always available to help and guide.
