Creating is what I do, what I love – bringing something into existence for the benefit or enjoyment of someone else. It’s the underlying thread of my career and life. • In my many roles in the training industry, I’ve developed in person and online courses and programs, and also built high-performing teams.• As a consultant for Platinum Rule Consulting, I contribute to web content and courses.• As a web master, I’ve designed and coded websites and web applications. • In my personal life, I’ve created websites for youth sports teams.• I’m also an artist and writer.The only thing that comes close to the gratification of creation is helping people connect. That’s a secondary theme of my work. The things I create ultimately result in people connecting and flourishing. 2022 was a challenging year for me. I divorced, moved across the country, then lost my job. It gave me an opportunity to reevaluate what I wanted while I provided much needed support to my aging parents. I determined ways I can continue to create in better alignment with what’s important to me. I’ve started two new ventures in that pursuit.• Enso Interactions is my training focused venture and provides toolkits for managers to facilitate professional development sessions for their teams. It lets me leverage my training background and instructional design skills while supporting managers in developing engaged, cohesive, and high-performing teams.
