Ensured Depaul had high quality data to support business planning and long-term strategy development, income generation activities, and service improvement, through the provision of a fit for purpose CRM database(Salesforce) and reporting and evaluation frameworks.Managed a team of systems administrators, evaluators and researchers.Developed evaluations that supported Depaul's value-based approach to supportand evidenced outcomes for people experiencing complex problems andhomelessness.

I commissioned, designed, managed and conducted process and impactevaluations of the NSPCC's services, including a Place Based Initiative. Idisseminated the findings from our evaluations to improve practice and toprovide evidence about ‘what works' in preventing child abuse to differentaudiences. Using ‘test and learn' approaches to maximise the usefulness ofour findings. I also advised evaluation officers working on the evaluation of aNational Lottery funded Place Based Initiative and provide training to embedevidence based practice within the organisation. I provided consultancy todepartments within the NSPCC and external partners including localauthority, police, education and voluntary sector on research governance,research design and ethics. I work with communities and partners using a‘theory of change' approach to improve communication between stakeholdersand make sure our services and innovations are thought through andrelevant.
