Daily contact with the Marketing Department to consistently maintain the vision and event objectives of the company through the use of promotional materials used for workshops. Effectively updated and distributed the monthly workshop calendar to the sales force in a deadline-driven operation. Introduced in-house production and saved the company a substantial amount in printing costs. Exercised budget management when planning successful training, off-site management meetings and events.

Responsible for coordinating new Channel activations and changes with Programming Operations and BOC assignments bandwidth configuration with the Engineering Department. Supervised Channel Allocation (VC, BOC, Call Sign, Service IDs, Audio Configuration, CSS Bitmap, CA CSS Bitmap, Program IDs). Communicated upcoming events to Broadcast Centers, NCC, Engineering and in-country Programming, Marketing and IT departments. Participated in meetings with Programming Acquisitions, Marketing, IT, Finance, Engineering and Promotions to support new programming, services and initiatives. Implemented procedures to support new programming products and/or services including All Day Ticket, Film Festivals, Early Birds, OPPVs, boxing and other special events. Followed upcoming sports and special events for bandwidth distribution and viewer channel allocation. Provided 24 hour support for on-air troubleshooting as necessary.
