Primarily responsible for operations and organizational management of the office with an emphasis on development and implementation of project management, traffic and work flow systems. Leadership and mentoring role that provides support, structure and growth of the office. In addition, I'm responsible for all print production needs. I'm an active team member helping implement positive communication employee engagement programs for our clients, using the processes and methodologies developed by Inward. Using our processes, we help our clients develop communication methods that encourage and promote a positive work environment. These programs recognize that employees are one of the most important assets of a company and happy employees are better workers, have less time off for illness, and are more likely to stay long term.

With over 25 years in marketing and advertising, I am currently responsible for development and implementation of process and workflow procedures. My years of experience give me a clear understanding of the inner workings of an agency and all the different departments. My job duties include assessment of productivity and capacity and finding more efficient ways of working within MARS. I work as the liaison between creative and account service to aid in communication, and maximize efficiency. I have extensive experience in management of staff and a background in print production. I'm part of a company initiative to work with corporate headquarters and 8 satellite offices to assist in improving time management, and developing consistent work flow systems within the company. I serve as a member of the leadership team in the Bentonville office and am the onsite trainer for new account executives. I work in both a training and mentoring role to make sure new AE's have the tools and skills to be successful in their role at MARS. Responsible for evaluating capacity and whether the teams are staffed appropriately for client budgets and level of work.
