Social Media and Marketing

As Manger of Volunteer Development, my focus is to educate interested volunteers about the programs and services offered by Jewish Family & Career Services and determine how someone’s talents and strengths can be best utilized. Jewish Family & Career Services engages volunteers in almost every program and relies on trained volunteers to help augment service delivery to our clients. I work with agency Program Managers to recruit volunteers for their programs, develop new volunteer programming and help ensure their active programs are running as expected to achieve their program goals. Jewish Family & Career Services promotes an active volunteer program and is always looking for diverse talent to join our Volunteer family. I also oversee monthly programming specially targeted to engage young families to the organization. I oversee all aspects of Jewish Family & Career Services Board of Directors and active committee programming and partner with the VP of Board Development to implement orientation, training and educational opportunities to ensure the Board and Committee chairs are prepared for service. Additionally, I run Jewish Family & Career Services leadership series, the Kay Family Tools for Leaders program which introduces and educates individuals interested in future leadership, volunteer and fundraising opportunities within the organization
