Grant Specialist within the Department of Financial Planning and Budget Services. I provide leadership and guidance of major grant proposals for district-level projects, while ensuring the proposals are aligned with the district’s strategic plan and priorities. I provide professional development to staff within the district.

• Ensure that Response to Intervention (RtI) for academic and behavior is implemented with fidelity at each school in Milwaukee Public Schools Central Region (35 schools)
• Participate and support in Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) team and Building Intervention Team (BIT) meetings at the school level
• Assist teams with data-based decision-making, planning, and implementation of RtI and PBIS
