I am a nationally certified, licensed Massage Therapist and Usui Reiki practitioner. I’ve been trained in a range of modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, CranioSacral, and Acupressure. My massages are catered to each client's needs, be it a specific area of discomfort needing focused work, or a full body session aimed at overall tension and stress relief. In an appointment with me, you can expect a safe place to communicate, for an empathizing listener, and then a comprehensive massage, incorporating all my training into one complete, relaxing, and effective therapeutic session.

I manage a small holistic, integrative medical office and wellness center. The medical practice includes Dr. Jennifer Rabenhorst, an integrative family physician and acupuncturist. Dr. Rabenhorst treats patients by viewing the body as a whole, incorporating modern day Western Medicine with older traditions and a holistic approach. She is just one of many amazing practitioners and healers that work in the office, as we also rent rooms to other independent wellness practitioners. I also base my private massage practice out of this location.
