Manage the day to day working of a school of 970 students, 35 faculty, and 20 various staff.

I work with various schools developing teacher skills and administrative leadership. I also work with students to present possibilities of going to college and create a college going culture in schools.

As a principal I worked at Capps and Hefner middle schools and did the discipline for 400ish students. I also supervised the 8th and 7th grade faculty respectively. I was the facilitator for PLC's, did the evaluations for all my teachers, and worked with other administrators to increase student learning. I attended sporting and other events and worked duty everyday in various locations.As an instructional coach I worked with Administrators and faculty to increase scores for state testing. I worked closely with Solution Tree to create strategies to increase student learning. I worked with PLCs to help organize strategies to raise the rigor and target instruction. Additionally, I worked with faculty to target RTI strategies to work with students to increase mastery.As a teacher I worked in a urban setting with students who because of challenging situations in their lives, are needing extra help to graduate. I was responsible for coaching students to increase their credit recovery and increase graduation. This is a very team oriented environment where all faculty work together to increase student learning and graduation rates.

I was the principal for a Pre-K through 8, small rural school. I interacted with parents and community members to work with all stakeholders to have a smooth and collaborative school year. Additionally, I worked with faculty on collaboration and did all evaluations of faculty and staff. I was instructional leader and did all the discipline.

I was a Pre-K through 12 principal in a small rural school. I did all the discipline, evaluations, and attended all sports and other events. I was the instructional leader and moved the school from single teachers to a more collaborative atmosphere. In my two years the test scores increase and great faculty members were retained.

I was excited to teach at the school that I attended and graduated. In my time I was a cheerleading sponsor, student council sponsor, and the yearly talent show. I was the department chair and worked with coaches to increase students learning and collaboration. This was such a great opportunity and I loved my days in the classroom.
