A designer by training and stylist by trade for twenty years, styled for countless fashion magazines, celebrities such as James Franco, Luke Evans, and Michelle Yeoh, and international brand campaigns. In the past eight years, I have also worked with sustainable fashion brands and NGOs, designing environmentally conscious garments that follow zero-waste and upcycling techniques, using recycled fabrics, judging for competitions thus nurturing new sustainable fashion designers. In 2021, I launched my restyling accessory label Kitdo - a tool for everyone that could alter the fit, texture and volume of clothing pieces, giving more life to existing pieces instead of buying new.Kitdo ( www.kitdo.co) is created because of the belief that true fashion sustainability is not in creating a new recycled item nor contributing to additional textile waste but in re-visioning and restyling existing pieces in one’s wardrobe, fulfilling the ultimate circular economy.
