Students increased knowledge by 20% and 100% reported knowing what to do better at their next doctor’s appointment with the ultimate goal of decreasing health care costs.Provided technical assistance for primary and specialty care for the Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative award in practice transformation efforts (workflow assessment/redesign and patient experience) and patient-centered medical home recognition.Trained 100+ clinical and non-clinical staff on quality initiatives aimed at improving health outcomes.
