I am a certified Prosthetist Orthotist at Wheeler O&P and work to blend scientific expertise with a deep commitment to patient care. Armed with a master’s degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics from Baylor College of Medicine and a background in chemistry from Virginia Tech, my journey into O&P was sparked by my Peace Corps service in Mozambique. There, I focused on connecting individuals in need with essential prosthetic care.I greatly enjoy the collaboration within the profession, participating in innovative projects, sharing experience with colleagues, and ensuring the highest standards in orthotic and prosthetic care. My background in the hard sciences, coupled with my dedication to understanding patients as individuals, allows me to deliver customized, effective solutions that improve lives.
