As a newly formed organization, the 3rd Party Transport Center of Excellence (3PT COE) supported global outsourced deals with non-AT&T transport - Identified Service Delivery requirements, developed organizational and tooling processes, created initial process documentation as well as providing continuous process updates for improved implementation efficiency.
