Responsible for Supporting the Venues Infrastructure Senior Consultant leading the development, planning and implementation of all temporary infrastructure solutions across competition, non-competition and training venues. Key to this role is the daily communication channels with client groups IOC, OBS and Internal FA´s to ensure the success and satisfaction of the Infrastructure. -Support the Venues Infrastructure Senior Consultant in the implementation of key strategic projects for the Infrastructure Department.-Contribute to the development and implementation of selected Agendas and recommendations.-Manage the IOC/OBS Engagement working group, including meetings and deliverables.-Support in the pre-Games, Games-time and post-Games phases.-Ensure integration between the VED Department and Rio2016 Functional Areas, IOC and OBS on cross Games projects. -Preparation of briefing and research documents and proposal.-Financial structure knowledge and understanding. -Site visits and coordination / progress reporting / VIG attendance. -C3 Command Centre briefing and support. -Support Infrastructure Operational Readiness to prepare the tools for the department. -Assist in developing department policies and procedures and ensure communication of these policies and procedures with the necessary stakeholders.-Assist with the planning, development and training for Overlay venue team in all phases of Operational Readiness.-Support with design and management of the issues trackers / reporting models.-Assist with special projects as required.-Preparation of material for all Executive Forums (Board/Government/CoCom/Project Reviews/VIG)
