Created risk ranked monthly/weekly reports using MS Access, MS Excel, TSO/JCL and SQL Server for the Audit Team and Technical Accounting. Experience with GPS, GPDS and DACOR to verify report results. • Automated and simplified the process the Data Analytics team uses to run Part Trees, Price Walks, Mars, and Contract Notes reports using modules, macros, and forms in MS Access and MS Excel. • Implemented a new Warranty process using SQL Server, MS Access, and MS Excel to combine data from multiple sources and present the data in a straightforward and easy to understand package allowing analysts to have all necessary data in one spreadsheet. • Implemented a process to save GPDS part weights in monthly databases and report monthly part weight changes providing over $35M in total savings since inception.

Sales management had the ability to track new sales/orders the day after order placement.• Implemented new Aspect Call Center application including new IVR and auto-dialing campaigns in a VOIP call center environment for 3 managers and 20+ collectors. Changed file formats and Debt Manager Collection strategies for delinquent customer list. Built call strategies for four teams to move accounts to the correct collection agent. Improved delinquent customer contact rate and aging. • Led RFP and proof of concept for new fraud management system. • Implemented forklift upgrade to Nikira Fraud System. Negotiated beta upgrade with zero implementation cost in exchange for future reference and white paper. Reduced fraud losses by an additional $5M.
