As a Branch Manager, I lead and managed the daily client experience on the floor and supervised activities of the branch. I tracked branch goals as well as individual staff goals and ensured they were met by conducting regular coaching sessions with all members of my sales team, to include teller staff. On a weekly basis, I was in the market to prospect new customers as well as visit existing customers. I ensured that our branch success guide was being followed and that our various operational processes were in place.In addition to my branch responsibilities, I also lead monthly meetings for our Financial Sales Consultants in 2013 and 2014, I was the region’s champion for credit card production in 2015, and was the region’s credit champion in 2016, to include credit card & loan production. In 2015, I was bestowed with Gallup’s Great Workplace award, my branch achieved Human Sigma 5 & 6 status, and I was given “exceeds expectations” in my annual review for 2015 which was the first full year at my last branch.
