At NEMO I work on projects such as: ESERO, an initiative of the European Space Agency (ESA) which brings space education to primary and secondary schools. Schools As Living Labs (SALL), a European Horizon 2020 Project which helps schools to introduce the method of Living Labs to their classrooms and foster relationships between schools and local communities. Planet Change, a Erasmus+ project focused on bringing vocational education, sustainability and space together. Activities include: development of educational activities and teacher training, organisation of local and national educational events, training teachers at primary, secondary, and tertiary school level on various topics.

At Science LinX I work on projects such as:- the Erasmus+ project 'Virtual Hackathons'. For this project, we are developing a toolkit for easier implementation of virtual hackathons in higher education, using Design Thinking and System Thinking in the framework of the SDGs and Just Transition- Project Outreach Truck, which allows children in remote areas (age 8-11) to get the chance to learn more about science

The representation of women scientists in popular films during fourth wave feminismUnder the guidance of Lucy Avraamidou at the University of Groningen. In this research project the representation of women scientist characters an their stereotypes in eight popular films from 2013 to 2020 are examined. This research uses a multiple case study approach and the films are analysed based on interpretation questions and in vivo coding.

This lesson study focused on an intervention for students of 4 HAVO about chemical bonds as a consequence of electrostatic forces instead of the octet rule by using an online simulation.
