I am a Registered Nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing, currently working in Nurse Case Management. I have over 15 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care and chronic disease management. I have over 8 years of healthcare quality and process improvement experience in various settings, including hospitals, academic institutions, and national organizations.My mission is to improve the care and outcomes for diverse populations by applying my extensive knowledge of patient management and electronic data analysis. In my current role as Nurse Case Manager, I work tirelessly to assist my clients to attain their goals and improve the lives of every patient I care for.Additionally, I have demonstrated my skills as an effective communicator, and a collaborator with national leaders in the medical community on topics of concern. Having been both a project leader and a clinical educator, I have developed the management skills to motivate, coach and strengthen team members to recognize and utilize their innate abilities for success.
