As a student at Windesheim University for Global Project and Change Management, my vision is to promote more sustainability, equality and tolerance with a specific interest for creativity and culture. My motivation for sustainable long-term change, creativity and an sustainable approach are the key aspects defining my way of working. Those are skills I especially formed during my former education in business and my time as political party assistant during my gap year. My time as a student, I use to deepen and refine my knowledge especially in the fields of interpersonal connections, teamwork, intercultural communication and creativity. Next to that I use my time to participate in additional Uni courses and internships like the “World Wide teach Ins” internship, formed by the Open Society University, New York and the Bard college and work for the Windesheim Get Involved program, creating innovative problems solutions for students from students to enhance the community and feeling of belonging on and off campus.
