2022 Tax Season: - Prepare tax returns for individuals and assist with business return preparation utilizing ‘ProSeries’, Intuit’s Professional Tax Software. - Utilize Aptora’s Total Office Management (TOM) to manage workflow and invoice customers. 2023 Tax Season included:- Meeting with clients in person or by phone to discuss their tax concerns, tax outcomes, estimated tax extension payments and provide tax input for small business considered changes. - Processed client payments - Provided management data analytics on RA’s tax season status.- Document and update internal processes. - Train new employees on internal and client processes. In addition to current tax season(s), prepared amended tax returns and tax returns for prior un-filed tax season(s).

Provide finance sales support to the Midwest Region Area Vice President and the Business Individual Liable Director including their teams. Also, provide financial support to the rest of the business sales channel organization.
