Proposal Set Up- Tracking and ReportingProject Initiation-Direct the Set up of New Projects in the Business System, set up of Rate Schedules, Customer Details.Billing- Review WIP reports, and ensure timely billing. Review draft Invoices; project transaction documents and accounts for accuracy and completeness; including sub-charges,time reports,expenses and subcontractor Invoices, prior to submitting for Project Manager approval. Finalize and Prepare Client Invoices. Inter company billing.Monitor Billings against project Budgets and work with Project Managers to resolve issuesCash Management - Follow up with Clients to ensure Invoices have been received,follow up with any overdue receivablesProvide regular Invoice status updates to PM's and VP.Reporting/ Analysis - Assist Project Managers with Financial Reporting, Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for VP
