In prior roles at Chubb, Denise consulted with business executives as a Senior HRBP where she developed successful cultural, talent and business strategies. Prior to Chubb she held several leadership roles at Fireman’s Fund Insurance as Senior Director of HR, Sales & Marketing Manager and Operations Manager.
