I not only was the director over the preschool but I was also the Developmental Disability Teacher for the preschool students. Oversaw the preschool component to ensure all regulations and policies were being adhered to. 6 staff members were supervised by myself.

Served students from the ages of 2-5 who either needed early intervention services or preschool services. This school was a developmental day center which contracted with Lincoln Co. School System to provide special education services to those students who needed more one on one assistance. Taught these students, wrote and carried through their IEP's as well as supervised 4 staff members.

I was affiliated with Children's Mental Health. Worked one on one with students in various settings such as their home, group home or school. Worked on intervention techniques to reduce behavior issues.
