Although I was with PCUA for nearly 24 years, I spent the last 10 as the administrative assistant to the SVP, Marketing & Communications, the Executive Director of the PA Credit Union Foundation, the AVP, Marketing & Commincations, and the marketing and communications officers. My primary duties included, in addition to supporting the team: coordinating our awards and scholarships, logging each for the awards committee to judge; entering the reporting forms for the Better Choice program; taking phone calls from member credit unions and consumers; scheduling meetings; typing letters and emails; maintain the mailing list for the daily e-newsletter, proofreading, etc. My duties for the Foundaton included, in addition to supporting the executive director, letters, mailings, attending board meetings, taking minutes, etc.Every day is different yet, the same..it is all what you make it.
