Business Manager for the ReStart Scheme for PeoplePlus covering Dartford and Gravesend in Kent.I have a genuine passion for helping unemployed participants see their true potential.As a Business Manager my role is to inspire , support and lead a team of employment advisers to look at various pathways of assisting local unemployed participants moving them closer to being work ready and eventually gaining sustainable employment.

My role could be summarised as an employability and B2B specialist. I keep up to date with the current employment market by evaluating and scoping out new opportunities and by partnering with businesses with a view to help them fill their vacancies. Supporting customers and offering the necessary training and skills to apply for and successfully fill these vacancies this could be retail or construction. Currently offering a successful CSCS programme with Job vacancies attached. (We Take Referrals)To date over 93% of customers have gone into employment who attended our CSCS programme.The Learning shop not only has a direct link to the Bluewater Recruitment Team and the vacancies of the stores we also aim to inspire our customers to go on a personal journey.We use a mixture of delivery styles and activities to keep customers engaged and we try our upmost to nurture each customer to enable them to excel whilst putting them in an environment where they can grow in confidence. An additional service we offer is for Schools Bridging The Gap this is a programme that was developed over time as we received a number of enquiries from learners aged 15 plus who lacked the employability skills that would eventually help them focus on sourcing and securing part time or full time employment.

With specialist skills in creating and sustaining new partnerships.Organising employability courses, that are relevant to the current local jobs market and to Identify and secure new revenue and income streams through the sale of commercial and funded training programs.Building a firm platform for long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
