I am a dedicated, motivated and highly experienced Research and Insight Manager with over 25 years experience across the private, public sector and third sectors (including managing international projects). A large proportion of this was spent working at leading market research agencies, then enhanced through client side experience including five years in the charity sector. An organised, efficient and motivated self starter, I design, manage and report high quality quantitative and qualitative research and insight projects and thrive on seeing the resulting insights utilised. I have wide ranging experience across all stages of the research project lifecycle from responding to client briefs to delivering actionable recommendations. In my current role I led on our recently completed innovative GD3 deliberative and quantitative research programme to underpin our 5 year business plan to deliver gas safely to our 6 million customers while working towards a more sustainable future and net zero. This research programme has now been successfully completed and shortlisted for a MRS Sustainability research award.I design and manage bespoke in house surveys, insight projects and evaluations and partner with external research agencies on qualitative and quantitative projects. At The National Autistic Society,, I set up a new Insight panel among their audiences of autistic people, families and professionals. The successfully completed first wave resulted in gaining critical insights for policy, fundraising and corporate partnership colleagues to help guide and shape their future work.I also led on a project working with Mattel and Character World where we conducted qualitative and quantitative research to underpin the development of a range of Thomas & Friends branded clothes specially designed for autistic children, taking into account their sensory dressing needs. This range of clothing has just been launched (April 2022).Design of business and research and impact KPI's to collate and report these monthly for senior leadership team.Development of standard impact measures to be used across organisations services and activities.Specialities: Impact measurement, Customer experience/satisfaction, U&A studies, NPD, concept and product testing, awareness, brand and advertising tracking, pricing research, mystery shopping.
